This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed by WelldoneSpace Advertising and Marketing Agency (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) in connection with the purchase of our digital products and associated travel or experience packages (“Services”).
By purchasing any product or service from WelldoneSpace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Travel & Experience Packages
2.1. Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase and before activation or confirmation of the package may be eligible for a full refund.
2.2. Once a package is confirmed, activated, or booked with a third-party service provider, the refund and cancellation terms will be governed by the respective partner’s policy. WelldoneSpace shall not be held responsible for any denial or delay of refund by external vendors or partners.
2.3. In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or operational disruptions, WelldoneSpace reserves the right to offer an alternative date, replacement package, or store credit in lieu of a monetary refund.
2. Order Cancellations
3.1. Orders may be cancelled prior to processing or confirmation. Once processed or fulfilled, orders become non-cancellable and non-refundable.
3.2. WelldoneSpace reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of service, in which case a full refund shall be issued.
3. Refund Process
4.1. Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
4.2. Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
4.3. WelldoneSpace shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
